Case:
MFO "Fast Money" (name changed for confidentiality reasons) needs regular notification of clients about loan debt. Previously, this problem was solved by manual calls by operators, but this took a lot of time and resources. Therefore, the company chose SMS mailing as a tool for automating the process of informing clients.
Problem:
In Malaysia, there is a restriction on sending SMS with financial topics. In addition, the channel must be stable and support a high speed of sending SMS. Therefore, the company decided to contact Mamonty specialists.
Task:
Set up a stable route for instant sending of SMS to clients in Malaysia.
Solution:

1. The Mamonty team analyzed the database of 500 suppliers in Malaysia and entered into an agreement with 8 of them (to guarantee a stable connection).
2. We created an offer for an advertising message and tested the selected channel (the client was supported by 24/7 support throughout the entire process of launching the mailing).
3. We set up CRM integration for clients with our service via API (the integration allows you to speed up the mailing process several times).

Results:

• Customer payment discipline increased by 35%
• SMS were sent at a rate of 100,000 messages per day
