The company faced the problem of spam and fraud on its own website. Thanks to a stable route for verification SMS, the company not only solved the fraud problem, but also increased the loyalty of existing customers.
    
Results:
     Cooperation was established with an SMS service provider that provided SMS verification using local Philippine numbers.
A special route was set up for Philippine users: registration required SMS verification with a code sent to their local number.
The anti-fraud system has also been supplemented to take into account the new verification rules.
    "IGameAsia" had problems with fraudulent registrations, which interfered with the normal operation of the platform and took up resources. Internal anti-fraud systems could not cope with the problem, as fraudsters used various methods of bypassing. And since the main promotion was to the Philippines, they decided to test the service in this country.
